Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before booking or attending any session. By booking a session you agree to be bound by these terms in full.
1. About ATC English Training
ATC English Training LLC ("Company", "we", "us", or "our") is a Florida limited liability company that provides live, one-on-one aviation radio communication training sessions via video conference. Our sessions are delivered by ATP-rated instructor pilots and are designed to help non-native English-speaking pilots improve their proficiency in ATC communications.
These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website at atcenglish.com and any session bookings made through our scheduling platform.
2. Educational Purpose and Limitations
Our sessions are for educational and training purposes only. They do not constitute official flight training, nor do they satisfy any regulatory requirement under the FAA, ICAO, or any other aviation authority unless explicitly stated in writing.
By booking a session, you acknowledge and agree that:
- ATC English Training sessions are supplemental communication training only and are not a substitute for official flight instruction.
- Completion of any number of sessions does not certify you for any FAA, ICAO, or other aviation authority proficiency standard.
- Our instructors act as simulated ATC controllers for training purposes. They are not actual air traffic controllers and have no authority over real airspace operations.
- Any improvement in communication skill is dependent on individual effort, frequency of training, and baseline proficiency.
- Results vary by individual. We make no guarantees of specific outcomes, including passing any official language proficiency test.
3. No Aviation Authority Endorsement
ATC English Training LLC is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or approved by the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA), the International Civil Aviation Organization (ICAO), or any other government or aviation regulatory body.
References to ICAO language proficiency levels on our website and in our marketing materials are for descriptive purposes only, to help students understand the type of training we offer. We do not administer official ICAO language proficiency tests.
4. Limitation of Liability
This section limits our legal liability. Please read it carefully.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ATC English Training LLC, its founders, instructors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for:
- Any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services.
- Any failure to pass an official aviation language proficiency examination or any regulatory requirement.
- Any adverse aviation incident, accident, violation, or enforcement action, whether or not related to radio communication, occurring before, during, or after completing sessions with us.
- Any technical failures, interruptions, or quality issues related to third-party services including but not limited to Zoom, Cal.com, or Stripe.
- Any decisions made in real flight operations based on training received through our sessions.
Our total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these terms or our services shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for sessions in the three months preceding the claim.
You agree that our services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of fitness for a particular purpose or merchantability.
5. Booking and Payment
All sessions must be booked and paid in full in advance through our scheduling platform. We use Stripe for payment processing. By completing a booking, you authorize the charge to your payment method for the selected session type.
- General Aviation session: $60.00 USD per 60-minute session.
- Airline English ATC session: $100.00 USD per 60-minute session.
- Subscription pricing is governed by the subscription terms presented at checkout.
All prices are in US dollars. We do not offer credit, payment plans, or deferred payment. Prices are subject to change with reasonable notice.
Payment is processed securely by Stripe. ATC English Training LLC does not store your card details.
6. Cancellation and Refund Policy
We understand that schedules change. Our policy is as follows:
- More than 12 hours before your session: Full refund or free reschedule, no questions asked.
- Less than 12 hours before your session: No refund. You may reschedule for a credit equal to the session value, valid for 60 days.
- No-show (no contact before session time): Session is forfeited. No refund or credit.
- Technical issues on our end: If your session cannot proceed due to an issue on our side, you will receive a full refund or free reschedule.
- First session guarantee: If your first session does not meet your expectations for any reason, contact us within 24 hours and we will rebook you at no charge.

7. Session Conduct
To maintain a professional and effective training environment, all participants are expected to:
- Join sessions on time with a working headset and microphone.
- Treat instructors with respect at all times.
- Not record sessions without prior written consent from ATC English Training LLC.
- Not share, distribute, or resell any session content or materials.
We reserve the right to terminate any session without refund if a student engages in abusive, disrespectful, or inappropriate behavior toward our instructors.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, training methodologies, scenario scripts, and session materials, is the property of ATC English Training LLC and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any of our content without prior written permission.
Third-party materials used during sessions, such as Jeppesen chart imagery, remain the property of their respective owners and are used for educational reference purposes only.
9. Privacy
We collect only the information necessary to provide our services, including your name, email address, and payment details (processed by Stripe). We do not sell your personal data to third parties.
By booking a session, you agree that we may retain your contact information to send booking confirmations, reminders, and occasional updates about our services. You may unsubscribe at any time.
Session data including your progress and performance notes may be retained by us to improve our training methodology. This data is kept confidential and is not shared with third parties.
10. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or our services shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Florida, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
11. Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Your continued use of our services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
For material changes, we will make reasonable efforts to notify active subscribers by email.
